Mitchell Bassler, Vice President

Mitch is responsible for RSMR’s portfolio relationships with some of the company’s larger clients. He directs the search execution efforts across several disciplines, developing research and recruiting strategies that effectively complete the firm’s executive search assignments in an efficient manner. Mitch has completed numerous search assignments in the areas of architecture, engineering, construction, design-build, real estate, power and energy, environmental and banking and finance. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
